Once you have purchased bought any of the NeedSecure 2 versions (Basic, Pro, Enterprise), all the Updates released are FREE! This service covers only uploading new releases of chosen NeedSecure 2 version. Upgrading from one version to another (from Basic to Pro, etc.) is a paid service.
Purchasing any of NeedSecure 2 versions, you are provided with free installation, support and upgrading services. The term of free support is 6 month since the date of purchasing. After this term is expired you will be able to get paid technical support. As a rule, if you need a simple consultation without some specific actions of our personnel, it will be given for free.
